Heather Metz - Director of Operations
Heather grew up in Savannah. NOT Savannah, Georgia but Savannah, NEW YORK, a small farming town in central New York's Finger Lakes region. Heather always felt she was a southerner born in the north. So in 2002 she moved to NC and made the Lake Norman Area her home.
Being the oldest of 5 girls born in 7 years, she learned quickly how to multi-task and problem solve for many different personality types. Two traits that have served her well in real estate. Heather has been in the real estate industry since 1992. She worked for her hometown bank in the Loan Department for almost 10 years. Upon moving to Mooresville, she worked for an attorney for a year as a real estate paralegal before finding her calling as an executive assistant for real estate agents.
She loves what she does and enjoys working with the myriad of people she has met and worked with thru real estate.
Heather firmly believes in the philosophy of God, Family and then Work. She personally can attest to being called to do something to give back to others. She regularly donates blood and platelets, has been a member of the Bone Marrow Registry for over 25 years. In 2000 she became a Living Liver Donor for her uncle and in March of 2018 after 8 months of testing, she became a Good Samaritan Kidney Donor.
