Company Operations Manager
Joanna Sobjanek moved to North Carolina in 2016. Never seeing the state before, she instantly fell in love with the area. Throughout most of her life, she lived in New York City where she tackled many challenges and obstacles. Nevertheless, it’s those obstacles that shaped her to be the kind of person she is today. She believes that what truly matters is the actual journey, not the destination.
Joanna’s career took shape in the ever-changing and demanding corporate sector of Manhattan. It is there that she gained expert knowledge from top professionals, thus becoming quite diligent and business savvy. Specific industries where Joanna has operated include investment banking, telecommunications, intelligent information and technology. Working alongside chief company pros she gained valuable experience in such areas as administration, sales and marketing, corporate event management, information management, and business development.
Joanna holds international business experience as well. In 2016, she’s returned from Europe where she lived and worked for almost four years. An experience which she says changed her unequivocally. Additionally, while living abroad, she’s taught ESL (English as Second Language) after receiving Cambridge’s CELTA certification in Manhattan.
Joanna is alumni of Nyack College in Manhattan with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
Some interesting facts about Joanna. She’s an avid equestrian and became an English style rider while living abroad. She likes visual aesthetics and has been exploring interior design for many years, which she considers her hidden passion. She’s a self-taught chef, and is quite adventurous with her culinary projects, often preparing cuisines from around the world. She prefers using healthy, sustainable ingredients and supports local farming. Joanna enjoys reading, and when she does, she chooses memoirs and biographies, psychology, nutrition and personal development publications. Joanna reads, writes and speaks fluent Polish.
Joann handles all of our real estate contracts once they go under contract until closing. Utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills she handles all aspects of a closing for our buyers' agents and manages the clients from time of contract until closing. Her knowledge is consists of compiling and analyzing the residential market analysis for listings and Offer to purchase contracts. Directly responsible for close interaction with clients to schedule inspections, paperwork, and closing. Joann also helps with training our buyer agents entering the business. Social Media Marketing
Matt has been a fully licensed NC Real Estate Broker since 2005 and currently handles all of our social media content, advertising, and website maintenance.
Matt handles the companies following items on a daily basis:
·Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,
·Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
·Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
·Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
·Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
·Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
·Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
